Every user is unique: we know and respect that. We provide different ways to interact with our unique CRM.

Essentially, there are six interfaces - from the Macro Menu to the Five Levels on the Main Screen

Choose from "as easy as possible" to "fast and powerful" as needed.

The main screen adapts itself automatically or at your command to give you the best view possible, so you have all the tools you need right
in front of you at that particular moment.

We try to avoid pop-up windows as much as possible. A key to productivity is to have handy as much as possible.

Sometimes, at the beginning when you are just learning the ropes, you might prefer to have a simplified view to get acquainted with the software; but usually in a couple of days, you will feel "brave" enough to use its full potential by using its levels 1 to 5, where 5 will give you its maximum efficiency and productivity.

First of all, let me tell you that the purpose of the Task Manager is to interact with clients. That's it. The main and possibly only reason to use the Task Manager is to interact with leads, prospects and clients in the most efficient way possible.

Fear no more. Our unique Task Manager will pop up only the tasks you want and only at the time you want. Otherwise, you can click a button to select pending tasks (usually after you finish taking care of your current prospect or client).

Additionally, you can reschedule tasks with just
one click. Again, being more productive is the main goal in all areas of the software.

A very important feature is our Strategy Task Groups.

Imagine this scenario: you buy a list of 1000 prospects and you intend to send them an e-mail to all of them today, then in two more days you want to call them and in 3 more days send another e-mail reminder.

The question is: can you do this with your current CRM? I bet not! You would need to set up 3000 tasks (1000 leads x 3 tasks) which would either make it impossible or take a month to do.

With our CRM software it would take just one click to create those 3000 tasks on different days for a 1000 leads.

Another highlight of the Task Manager is the ability to work in real time. For example, if you assign the sending of a contract today and then to follow up in 3 more days, our Task Manager will maintain this critical time automatically so if you do your tasks faster then other tasks will be reschedule automatically and as appropriate

The opposite is also true, if you don't do certain tasks today, future tasks linked to this task will move forward in time as appropriate.
